Kinoma Notes

Christ­mas is cel­e­brated by non-Christians, of course, but for Chris­tians it’s a reli­gious hol­i­day that cel­e­brates and hon­ors the birth of Jesus.

Such an impor­tant reli­gious hol­i­day deserves some great reli­gious con­tent. I’m very happy to announce that today, Ser­monAu­dio joins the ranks of world-class con­tent providers avail­able in Kinoma Guide.

Ser­monAu­dio has the largest library of audio ser­mons on the web, and now on mobile. They’ve got over 200,000 free ser­mons which can eas­ily be searched by church, Bible ref­er­ence, topic, speaker, date preached, lan­guage, and even keywords.

We think this will be a pop­u­lar cat­e­gory — a sur­vey last year by the Pew Inter­net & Amer­i­can Life Project found that more peo­ple used the Inter­net to look for reli­gious and spir­i­tual infor­ma­tion than to down­load music, par­tic­i­pate in online auc­tions or visit adult websites.
