Use Kinoma Player on an AT&T pre-paid plan?

Kinoma Player 4 EX is pretty darn good — if we do say so ourselves — even if you don’t have a data plan.

But as anyone with a data plan will tell you, Kinoma Player really shines when you have a data plan. Nothing else offers the breadth and depth of content available via Kinoma Media Guide.

Unfortunately, users with pre-paid plans haven’t been able to get unlimited data…until today!

AT&T has added a ground-breaking new Feature Pack that gives pre-paid users unlimited data. It’s called Unlimited MEdia Net for Pay As You Go plans, and for $19.99/month — the same price as on other plans — pre-paid customers can use MEdia Net on an unlimited basis.

AT&T customers can call 611 at the start of every month to have the automated system re-add the Feature Pack to the account.

If you’re on the old GoPhone Pick Your Plan, you can call AT&T Customer Service to switch to Pay As You Go service in order to take advantage of Unlimited MEdia Net.
