Feature focus: Find
Kinoma Player makes it pretty easy to find media in your library. There are tabs for different kinds of media, plus different ways to sort the items in each tab.
Because of that, there’s a feature in Kinoma Player that many of our customers don’t know exists: Find.
That’s partly because it perfectly adheres to the Palm OS way of doing things. To find things in Kinoma Player’s library, you just use your phone’s Find feature.
To Find on your phone, press Option and then Find (the key with the little magnifying glass).

Enter your search term and click OK, and Kinoma Player will work in concert with Palm OS to search your media library.

If you’d prefer not to search your Kinoma Player library when you use Find, just go to General Preferences and uncheck Search media in Palm OS Find.
Note that Find is different than Search feature we introduced in version 4.4 — Find is for files in your Kinoma Player library and Search is for media in Kinoma Media Guide.
