Learn more about what caused your Treo to reset

Kinoma is known for offering excellent support — a reputation which we’ve worked hard to achieve, and that we try really hard to maintain. It’s important to us that our customers are happy.

If you ever need to contact support, you can help us by including as much information as possible.

If you ever experience a reset while using Kinoma Player, here’s something specific you can do that may help us serve you better:

To get additional detail about what caused a reset, you can dial a special number in the Phone application.

  • Verizon customers, dial: # * # 377
  • Sprint customers, dial: # # 377
  • AT&T and other GSM customers, dial: # * 377

When you click Dial, your Treo will display a message similar to A reset was caused on [date] at [time] while running “[application]“: [error name].

When you submit any support request that involves a reset, please include the text from that message. It may make it easier for us to help diagnose the problem.
